Fraud & Identity Protection

Protecting our members data is a top priority at Oakland County Credit Union. To keep your accounts and data protected, we recommend the following tips:

☐ Please monitor your credit union accounts regularly by reviewing your statements or account history in online or mobile banking.

☐ Set up Alerts on your accounts, to receive account notices about your account activity.

☐ Download our CardNav App to get alerts on your debit card activity, and you have the ability to turn cards off if lost or stolen.

☐ We recommend monitoring your credit reports to make sure that no identity theft has occurred. You can request a copy of your credit report once a year for free from www.annualcreditreport.com.

☐ Be cautious of fraudulent websites and phishing scams. Please note, Oakland County Credit Union will never ask you to provide personal information via email, phone call or a text.

☐ E-mails from Oakland County Credit Union will never ask members to download software or provide any personal or account information.
